Using the Site or the Service, you represent that you have read our Privacy Policy. KEYnTAG may revise the Privacy Policy at any time, and the new versions will be available at the above links. If at any point you do not agree to any portion of the Privacy Policy, you must immediately stop using the Site and/or Service.
2. Requirements.
Before you can use the Service, you must: (a) agree to this ToU, and (b) register for an account on the Service (an "Account"). These requirements may change as the Service evolves. You are responsible for any internet connection fees and/or mobile carrier charges that you incur when accessing or using the Service.
3. ToU Updates.
KEYnTAG will revise this ToU as the Site and/or Service evolves. The next time you use the Service after such an update, you may be prompted to agree to or decline the revised ToU. 4. Termination of Service.
KEYnTAG reserves the right to deny service to any user at KEYnTAG’s sole and absolute discretion. The Service is offered with the understanding that KEYnTAG may terminate any Account registered to you and/or your access to the Service at any time, for any reason or no reason, including without limitation for any violation the ToU. KEYnTAG may stop offering and/or support the Service at any time.
5. Accounts and Security.
5.1. Eligibility. By registering for an account on the Website, you represent and warrant that you (1) are the age of majority in your jurisdiction or, (2) are over the age of 14 and have the express permission of a legal guardian to become a Registered User and use Services made available to Registered Users, and you further agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of these Master Terms and any applicable Additional Terms. KEYnTAG reserves the right to modify or discontinue the accounts of Registered Users and related Services at any time. KEYnTAG disclaims any and all liability to Registered Users.
5.2. Security. You agree to (a) provide accurate, current and complete information about you, if and as may be prompted by the registration process on the any of the Website, (b) maintain the security of your password and identification, (c) maintain and promptly update your registration information and any other information you provide, and to keep it accurate and complete to, among other things, allow us to contact you, and (d) be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place using your account. You may not set up an account or membership on behalf of another individual or entity.
5.3. Termination and Inactivation of User Accounts. Your participation as a Registered User terminates automatically upon your breach of any of these Master Terms or applicable Additional Terms. In addition, KEYnTAG may, at any time: (a) modify, suspend or terminate the operation of or access to your user account for any reason; (b) modify or change Website and Services and any applicable Terms and policies governing your user account and related Website Services for any reason; and (c) interrupt user accounts and related Website Services for any reason, all as KEYnTAG deems appropriate in its discretion. Your access to your account and use of the Website may be terminated by you or by KEYnTAG at any time and for any reason whatsoever, without notice.
In addition, KEYnTAG reserves the right to delete and purge any account and all Content associated therewith following any prolonged period of inactivity, all as may be determined by KEYnTAG in its complete discretion.
6. Data rights
6.1. Data. KEYnTAG does not provide any guarantee or warranty of the accuracy of any data. The data is public information. But the data is gathered by KEYnTAG proprietary software from 3rd party sources. It is analytic and statistical processing in a unique way in KEYnTAG. So the data is KEYnTAG proprietary.
6.2. Data sources. In order to keep statistical data updated, KEYnTAG utilizes API services on YouTube. Unless specific access is asked for at a time of use, we are only gathering publicly available data from each of the API services, not anything private about your account.
7. Ownership.
As between you and KEYnTAG, KEYnTAG own the Site, Service, and Accounts. You agree that you will not create any work of authorship or create any derivative works based on the Site, the Service. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Site or use of the Service not in accordance with this ToU is expressly prohibited by law and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.
8. Links.
Links from the Site. The Site may contain links to websites operated by other parties. KEYnTAG provides these links to other websites as a convenience, and use of these sites is at your own risk. The linked sites are not under the control of KEYnTAG, and KEYnTAG is not responsible for the content available on the other sites. Such links do not imply KEYnTAG’s endorsement of information or material on any other site and KEYnTAG disclaims all liability with regard to your access to and use of such linked websites.
9. Location.
The Site and the Service are operated by KEYnTAG in South Korea. Those who choose to access the Site, and/or the Service from locations outside South Korea do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
10. General.
10.1. ToU Revisions. This ToU may only be revised in a writing signed by KEYnTAG, or published by KEYnTAG on the Site.
10.2. No Partnership. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and KEYnTAG as a result of this ToU or your use of the Service.
10.3. Assignment. KEYnTAG may assign this ToU, in whole or in part, to any person or entity at any time with or without your consent. You may not assign the ToU without KEYnTAG’s prior written consent, and any unauthorized assignment by you shall be null and void.
10.4. Severability. If any part of this ToU is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, then that portion shall be severed, and the remainder of the ToU shall be given full force and effect.
10.5. Entire Agreement. This ToU constitutes the entire agreement between you and us relating to this subject matter and supersedes all prior, contemporaneous and future communications between you and KEYnTAG.
By using the KEYnTAG website, you are considered to have agreed to the YouTube Terms of Service.
